bb has said that zero tolerance wouod happen this year but there is no sign of it so what do you think

Yup, It's not being put in place that well at the moment. Last night Rebecca was smoking outside of the ashtray, she hasn't yet been punished, despite Davina saying on launch night, if the housemates didn't sit on the ashtray they would be punished and sent to prison.

Should have started on first night. It's not zero tolerance if there is some tolerance.

Yeah they should have put the zero tolerence in from day one for it to be believable
