I'd like you to explain this point.

1) What does it mean? She's driven by image in which way? She looks after herself? Likes to make herself look good? What?
2) Why on Earth would this 'image driven' factor cause her to take offence?

I think people are going way over the top, she's not "evil", how pathetic. Mikey didnt even seem that phased by it, he's not a child and isnt getting bullied at all. He dealt with it fine
