If they were acting the same way to another housemate who isn't blind, would it be regarded as bullying?

Is Alex the one they reported in The Sun, saying that she has a major crack habit, and would go crazy in the house without it?

Alex shouldn't have took the knicker incident as anything - it wasn't her place to get involved. It was between Mikey and Sylvia - not Mario and Alex.

Here we go again ! So now when a blind person has an argument with someone else, it is considered as bullying. Michael may be blind, but he's not stupid: he knew it was Sylvia's knickers.

He's not sstupid he picked some knckers up and its common sense you dont put someone else's pants on especially someone you met 3 days ago aad this is the reason why I didnt want Michael in the house because he's bieng pussy footed around and most likely to use the sympathy card.

That's not bullying, they just told him that you don't do that kind of things: if he was not a blind person, they would have done the same. Blind or not, he should not act this way, not all the blind persons act like that, just like Pete: people who have Tourettes don't act as pathetic as him and are not all freaks.

Who in their right mind would ever want to be perceived to be bullying a blind guy? This is ridiculous. Mikey was out of order and some of the housemates voiced their objection. That is all that happened. Later on in the evening Miket tried to explain himself and, for me, did a good job. Nobody got up to object to his apology. Who bullying him? I dont see it.

Mario is pissing me off . He keeps thinking Mikey's blindness means he is mentally disabled and like a child who needs to be protected. He mayb be blind but that doesn't mean everybody has to pussy foot arond him and like him. He bitched about Steph, so it can be argued he is bullying Steph then !

There is something about Alex that does not seem quite right ie the way she went off because she couldn't get into the diary room then her rant about her sore throat then her rant about not being a bunny girl. She does seem rather irritable and very angry. You never know.

Mario made himself look like a right plank when he tried to excuse Mikeys behaviour because he's blind, it's ridiculous. I think it's actually a bit patronising to blind people. It's almost like he's saying 'oh, Mikeys blind so you have to expect things like this from him'.

Mario's just trying to paint this picture of Michael being the harmless victim that just doesn't know what he's upto.Michael knows full well what he's doing and Syliva was justified in having a go at him.

Nonsense. He defended Michael, as the behaviour was unacceptable, regardless of whether Michael was blind or not. And his 'bitching' about Steph was REACTIONARY, as a result of her disgusting and foul reactions to him. Hence, it cannot be bullying, whereas Alexandra's behaviour is bullying as she is being PROACTIVE in her behaviour towards Michael, and her behaviour was disproportionate to Michael's actions.

Alex's behaviour may have been disproportionate to Mikeys actions towards her, but in terms of what he did I thought the overall reaction was entirely justified.
