Does anybody actully like Coldplay?
 

listening to there new song 42 makes me want to end it all :elephant:

Can't stand them every song of there's sounds more a less same.
There so whiney as well which I can't stand.

I think their worldwide record sales prove that quite a few people like Coldplay.

I think Viva La Vida is a brilliant song. Violet Hill is great too.
They have some really classic songs.

They are one of my favorite bands of all time.

I reeeally don't like Coldplay... I've only ever like done of their songs, except I can't remember it's name, hehe.

I cannot stand them, they are dull as ***** and Chris Martin's voice makes me want to mutilate myself with a rusty butter knife.

Plus he annoys me, he's just so big headed. I just can't stand him or his awful, awful band in which every song is basically the same. Nevermind the fact that his lyrics are awful.

I love Coldpay. There two new songs Viva la Vida and Violet Hill are amazing, and I like a lot of their older stuff too.

I dont like them at all.

i think there great.Viva La Vida & Voilet Hill are great along with most of there oler stuff like Speed Of Sound,Clocks,Yellow ans more

Yeah, I like them and I've got the X&Y album. My fave Coldplay tracks are Speed of Sound, Fix You, Violet Hill, In My Place, Clocks and Viva La Vida.

i like them, they're songs are good :thumbs:

They are a disaster. Downbeat , mid tempo , middle of the road , shoody rock music. Throw in a couple of decent radio hits and people will buy into anything as being genius. They did it with Radiohead.

I like some of their songs but I don't think they are fantastic.

Coldplay are classics but I can't say i'm a fan

Coldplay make fantastic music, no matter how depressing it is, there is nothing like the feeling that rushes through my body when 'fix you' kicks in.

My favourite song of theirs is 'Fix You'. Awesome. And it's from The OC :love:

Same I downloaded it cos I heard it there.

I loved their older stuff, notably Yellow and The Scientist but can't say I've been overwhelmed with their newer stuff, not that I've listened to it to be honest.

I like a few songs but isn't Chris Martin such a hard character to like? Anyone else agree? He seems very self centered and arrogant.
