Everyday I have to exercise and train. I don't have a specific programme but I generally do a lot of handball, tennis, rugby. I do running every day, it makes you feel better and healthy, you remove all the stressful thing you had in the day and you clean your mind.

LargeAndInCharge 13-06-2008 09:35 AM

yes i agree remy

xDramatick 13-06-2008 09:47 AM

I dance, but that's about it
&I haven't done that properly for ages.

I told myself this year I'd start working out+exercising but I didn't get round to it, and everyone was telling me I didn't need to.

I may start =|
This summer's gonna be hectic for me so I may end up doing a lot of sport/running [despite hating sport, it's fun with mates in the Summer]
&If not, there's always College next year where I should end up doing a lot of training.

Bells 13-06-2008 09:50 AM

I went through a stage of doing NO exercise and eating junk food, then complained that I was putting on weight.

But now, especially since it's summer, I make sure I exercise every day - usually about an hour of running because it makes me feel much better!

LargeAndInCharge 13-06-2008 09:55 AM

want me to do you an excercise program for you darenn?

Magic 13-06-2008 08:03 PM

I Cycle, and now I have began running again.
Also I school my horse daily.

Fom 13-06-2008 08:49 PM

Ive always wanted to do running regularly but I just cant imagine myself running down the streets.
I really want to buy a running machine, i would run if i could run inside my house. Im not one to do push ups or anything, I do regular exercise at college as I do a performance arts course so that involves a lot of running but i just dont find time to go out and run lol.
(My excuses and im sticking to it)

I do eat healthy though so that helps me keep kinda slim, i have a little bit of a belly :P

Scarlett. 13-06-2008 08:51 PM

I fart a lot if that counts

mlwfan 13-06-2008 08:53 PM

I run my mouth off a lot.

Stewart 13-06-2008 09:19 PM

I just walk a lot. Very occasionally i play football aswell.

stacey 13-06-2008 09:38 PM

I exercise but it differs with my mood by the night lol

Ashleee:) 13-06-2008 10:16 PM

I do quite a lot of running and i also used to do gymnastics (need to be flexible ladies!) but i dont any more i dont have the time :(
And i have a punchbag which i use every day after getting home from work. Take out my stress on it

Mark 13-06-2008 10:23 PM

I'm on a high protein diet at the moment, trying to pack as much of them into my diet as possible. I've started eating 6+ small meals a day, instead of 3 main ones and it's working out ok. Mainly exercising my upper body, because.... every thing's all ok down below!

I'm also making my own protein shakes instead of buying them, and it saves a lot of money

andybigbro 13-06-2008 10:26 PM

Guilty.

I have to admit i dont. I should, but i dont, I used to, but i gave up,

But i am starting to go to the Gym in the summer :D

poiuytrewq 13-06-2008 10:56 PM

less is more. unless you push yourself further every day it will stop having an effect after a while. you should exercise 2-3 times a week unless you are a roids person.

Princess 14-06-2008 01:01 AM

I don't exercise, never even been in a gym. I'm supposely naturally skinny but I've put on a few pounds during 6th year and it's driving me insane so I'm going for very long walks and not eating junk.

Ross 14-06-2008 01:03 AM

No.

Xander 14-06-2008 01:03 AM

I do 18 hours a week exercising, So nine, two hour sessions.
So you could say I do a lot of exercise.:spin2:

Jakeh 14-06-2008 01:36 PM

I do 20 push ups and 50 sit ups a day. That's about it, really. Sometimes I dance around the house though, if that counts.

I want to go for runs, but I find it embarrassing to run around the streets.

GiRTh 14-06-2008 02:29 PM

I used to but I dont have the time anymore.

Kore 14-06-2008 09:36 PM

i do go to the gym. and i keep *telling* myself that i will do situps when i get home, but im too tired after work

I go for jogs once a week or whatever.

Hugo 14-06-2008 09:42 PM

Well I go for a run every night of around 2 miles and swim quite alot. I play hockey on Saturdays so I think I do enough.

Dizzy 14-06-2008 09:44 PM

Nope xD
And I haven't done PE in ages because of broken ribs and leg injuries x__x
The rib thing is a long story.. well, not really.. it involved me and some stairs >.> and me.. falling awkwardly, not pleasant, people found it hilarious, but I didn't, broke 4 freaking ribs..
