How Can I Make Video Avatars ?
 
Hi. Could somebody tell me what program to use to make video avatars. I already have a youtube downloader but I don't have anything to make them on. It needs to be free.

gif animator is good i think it lets u use it 30 times so get lots ready and make as many as you can in one go!
