She needs to go now, otherwise she will loose custody and all access rights to her daughter.

If I were the husbands divorce lawyer I would suggest he do that and site her appearing on big brother as proof she is a totally unfit mother and a moral danger to her child. Then she will only see her daughter when her daughter turns 18 or 21, if that, and be made to pay maintenance . The motto for all divorce lawyers is Stuff the other side to maximum effect.
