- Ravioli with melted cheese on toast - Ice cubes - A raw carrot - Necterine - Small haagen-dazs baileys ice cream - A yucky chinese sweet which tasted sugary and salty and made my mouth orange (never again!) x |

Cheerios. Lunch: A quorn chicken roll, cheese & onion square crisps. Dinner: A slice of pizza & a bit of garlic bread. |
2 ciabatta rolls, some bournville chocolate and had 2 pizza breads for dinner.

My eating plan is identical every day at the moment. It sometimes changes between chicken and fish for dinner. I'm trying to get as much protein in my diet as possible, to go along side the exercise and workouts I'm doing.
Breakfast = Porridge, Fibre cereal and a Banana After late morning workout = Protein shake w/ water Lunch = Tuna sandwich(wholemeal bread!), Cottage cheese on these Rivita things x 3, Natural yogurt, some salad Afternoon = ~20 Cashews and ~20 Sunflower Seeds Dinner = Chicken, onions, green beans, tomatos with wholegrain rice. Evening = Apple and some spinach leaves Before bed = Protein shake w/ milk :wink: |
