Disappointed in her?
 

Are you disappointed with Jen's recent behaviour?

In the first couple of days, I really liked her. She was sweet, she was fun, and she was friendly towards all those nice people like Rachel and Kat.

But suddenly shes become an absolute bitch, and has decided Rachel and Kat are fake.

I really had high hopes for her, thinking she would be the nice, entertaining, pretty girl (which there rarely is) but once again shes done a Saskia, and shot herself in the foot.

Anyone feel the same? Or did you dislike her from Day 1?

I agree with what you are saying definatley. I feel she is trying to pick faults in people that don't even really exist in my opinion.

However, I don't really respect her decision to want to enter the Big Brother house in the first place, so there has always been a side of me that hasn't liked that aspect of her personality.

I think over time she has become so self obssesed she has now completely lost the plot, where anyone not totally agreeing with her at all times is considered fake and stupid.

Since day one I have hardly ever heard this girl talk about anything without her, or her personal life the centre of it.
Dale has been the main ears up to Stuart arrived now she's caught between the two and, as with the loss of sole attention, she's looking to compensate by acting the victim of neglect.
Its all happening to me, nobody cares, it was my painting, my feelings ect ect....
Jen's charector, caring and attention starts and ends with Jen herself and there is absolutely no room for anything or anyone in between.
Thats not entertaining thats just plain selfish egotistical foolishness, and thats why she's out on friday.

She was one of my favorites to start with but it's all gone downhill since then.She only seems content when she's the centre of attention or putting other people down.

I just don't understand why she sees the need to bitch about Rachel and Kat all the time, she's stuck on this idea of them faking being as happy as they are, fair enough if she truly believes it but to keep bringing it up is just putting a constant downer on things.Why doesn't she try to join in more instead of moping about the place with a miserable face.

Not really. I really dont think shes as bad as people think so tbh, she's no worse than Grace etc. She has an opinion on people, and she shares it, and yeah it's bitching but she does say it to their face aswell. However, I do think she's bringing those around her down, and I think it's best she goes on Friday.

The thing is Billy, shes not a very nice person. And shes a bad influence on those around her. Shes an attention seeker, and very very spoilt, and not in a funny way.

I loved her and she was my second favourite housemate and now I dunno if I like her anymore, and her going on about "the Waltons" whatever they are lol. I dunno who I like anymore.

Nah shes worse than Grace, (probably cause I loved grace) cause Grace didnt bring people down around her and did try and have a good time. I think it was all centered on Grace aswell, she was one of the only bitches (Lisa was worse though) Whearas quite a few of them this series are argumentative and bitchy.

I don't think shes worse than Grace, Grace was just as nasty. Grace set out to get Sam excluded from the group, which was avile thing to do.

Yeah im same chris in fact i was discussing this with my aunty this morning she was one of my faves but then shes just turned into one of my most dissliked housemates

I dont think shes an attention seeker, but I do agree she is spoilt. Then again, they don't make someone not a bad person? Living in a house with people you dislike for a month isnt going to be easy for anyone, I dont think its fair to say seh's not a nice person because we dont know what she is actually like in real life. Everything in the house is magnified, every tiny problem, and when Jennifer gets out, I'm sure, after rewatching footage etc, she'll be the first person to apologise to Rex when he comes out.

I'm not commenting on her actions inside the house, Im commenting on what ive seen so far. And on that, Im judging her as not a very nice person. I'm not saying shes evil or whatever, but she can't take people being nice, same with Bex. They dont like nice people. Therefore she cant be nice.

Im not saying being an attention seeker or being spoilt make her nasty- they are just extra points added to why I dislike her.

Totally disappointed in her and hopefully she will be with herself on Friday.

Its the fact that she never ever seems happy with anything ever that I find quite disturbing. She's a beautiful girl, intelligent and funny but all she want to do is bitch, moan and complain.

I understand what your saying, I really do, but Rebecca and Jennifer don't dislike Kat and Rachel because they are just "happy". They dislike them because they think they are false, and honestly, even though you like them (i think lol), surely you can understand why? They think Kat and Rachel are very sly, as they said in nominations, and they aren't the only ones who think so, Mario and Luke have also said it. I dont think it's because they are just happy they don't like them, like I said, I think it's because every problem gets multiplied by 100 in there, and they are probably don't get how Rachel and Kat can keep their cool in there, which makes them untrusting IMO.

I loved her at first surprisingly, had nothing but praise for her. I thought she was beautiful, genuine, down to earth and sweet..... now I think the opposite. True colours...

Billy21 - you are so determined to defend their behaviour - why can you not see what the rest of us can see? No normal decent well-balanced person has such a deep mistrust of others just because they are nice! It is possible to have control of your temper and your tongue, to be tolerant, with no need to argue, no need for endless confrontation and back-stabbing. It is entirely possible for people to genuinely be that way, without a gameplan or being fake or sly, or plastic or whatever else you want to call it. The fact that Jen Dennis Sylvia Luke and Bex have all found it deeply suspicious says a great deal more about their own characters than it says about Kat and Rachel.

Im defending their behaviour because I dont think its wrong? At the beginning of the series, ALOT of this forum thought Kat and Rachel were fake (because stories came out about Rachel at the ebginning), so it is likely they think the same, considering Kat is a 30 year old woman for gods sake. What normal woman goes around screaming cookie etc etc, and they are annoyed that Rachel is basically a non entity. She doesnt have any opinions, seh doesnt speak for herself.

Kat does have oppinions and speaks them when and where she can but trys to avoid it becoming conflict.

Kat, made it clear to Luke hiding Lemonade is wrong
Kat, told Rex he is a nice guy but maybe to arrogant at times and thats what might make him unliked
Kat, told Jen to be careful about her views on the royal family of Thailand as they are very respected and it is hutful when someone does not know about them speaks badly of them.
Kat, told Rebbeca that its not nice to be so cruel and that the house needs to be happy

Only thing Kat has not done to Jen's approval is use gratuitous bitching againt the people on Jen's approved list of targets.

Rachel too has had oppinions and expressed them openly, but like Kat is wary of conflict and uses discretion where she can.

Rachel, was one who stuck up for Rebecca againt the biggest bully in the house at the time Alex, over the chip cooking fiasco.

Rachel too defended Dennis, Jen, and Lukes descision to make and re-heat spaghetti and was then left alone to defend herself againts Alex again.

However Rachel too now like Kat finds herself not on Jen's approval list for the same reasons, Jen and her 'gang' clearly suffer from selective memory when it come to right and wrong.

I know Kat has opinions I was referring to Rachel. Those two incidents mean nothing though? She has stuck up for Bex which was really good of her, but the second one, all she done was tell that people wanted breakfast just now. That's not an opinion it's telling someone what happened.

On day to day things, Rachel doesnt ahve an opinion. She rarely says anything worth of interest. She just doesn't do or say anything interesting, and housemates have noticed this aswell.

OK so in some people's eyes she may not be wildly exciting but is that a reason to be so poisonous about her? Surely ambivalence/indifference is worst it should get. Not outright villification and character assasination for God's sake.
