He\'s just sooooo DUMB!

One (ailing) braincell and an uncontrollable motormouth allow Victor to continually shoot himself in the foot (mind that braincell Victor). This, allied to the social skills of slimemould, turn lil Vic into a 2D cartoon-like wannabe 'hard man'.

He has contributed nothing to the group (apart from his propensity for mindless aggression) and his inarticulate rantings are boring.

OK - so his 'psychopath lite' nature was why BB chose him ....... but his dubious entertainment value has long since passed it's sell-by-date. Time to return to the mean streets of Brunel University (chokelaughchortlesplutter).

Don't be silly. Victor is by far and away the wittiest housemate. He might not be the brightest spark but there is no doubt he is comedic value is astronomical. The Hackjaw Jim Duggan/Kofi Annan nomination was the finest ever.

dats true dat victor is a comic and i fink he is da only person who makes big bro worth watchin

ickle04 18-06-2004 05:47 PM

I agree. He's gotta be dumb if he thinks he's gonna win big brother by "playing a game" and a very obvious game at that.

Anyone with half an ouch of intelligence would realise you've gotta be LIKED by the public before you can win, or even get past the first few weeks.

Does he forget that we're all watching as he lies and cheats behind people's backs in the house?!

Cant wait till he leaves. If all the other housemates who left got booed somewhat he's gonna get mauled:xyxwave:

I don't think Slick Vic will be 'mauled' when he comes out.

Neither do I think that he is stupid. He worked out quite a lot of things before they happened. I'm not defending him, but he is playing the game, and playing it effectively.

Do you see how he purposfully wound up the simmering Jason after the Nadia debacle the other night? he went out to the sulky, ginger bearded one and told him they were talking about him. As Jason stormed back into the living room to confront nadia and all hell ensued, Victor definitely had a well-pleased semi-discreet smile. He is playing Jason, he is definitely playing Ahmed, and he is starting to presnt 'reasonable, thoughtful Victor' to the other housemates and the populace abroad.

He discussed the flying flip-flop (hilarious) incident as if it were a matter of great gravitas, with a straight face.

He has gone up in my estimation a little. I think away from the Ahmed situation, and better still from the Glaswegan Gargoyle, he would be excellent value for money. You would need someone to potentially clash with Nadia, or it would descend into the sleepfest of 2003. It can't ever become like the angst-ridden cliff-hanger of 2001, because all the endearing factors are missing. It isn't as unpleasant as 2002, which was just too messed with in the divide and lacked the right mix of people.

This strange and wonderful group of people have become a cohesive group, against all the odds. With the exception of the odd and on occasion frankly scary Ahmed. He is the typical group 'scapegoat'. The outsider who is variously courted, humoured and ignored.

I am quite concerned at his dissociative tendencies - it is never his responsibility remember. I hope security are on close standby in case he really flips. If he does, I suspect Sheriff Stu and Deadpan Dan will have their work cut out defending Michelle.

And Victor.......well, he'll just sit back, suss it out, and decide how to play it. This bloke is certainly no mug.

BusyBee 15-07-2004 12:06 PM

How true my friend. You in your infinite wisdom have sussed Victor out. I still dont like him, but he has a very clever game plan and is adapting it as time goes on. He is much less in your face than he was. He knows who is main competition is and he is one by one picking them off. I'd like to see him stay in just to make sure that the whole series doesnt become as boring as BB4.

This year has had its ups and downs with regard to interest and without Victor's manipulation the series would deteriorate. As the numbers lessen something is needed to keep interest up and stop complacency among the housemates and the viewers.

aerodynamic_adie 23-07-2004 09:02 PM

As you have witnessed, victor has just been evicted. I think what i said earlier was really quite valid. you have to be liked before you can win Big Brother.

I believe if the voting was free jason would have been evicted, but what happened with shell gave viewers more of a reason to pick up the phone. So i guess it's goodbye to vic. I would have liked him if he wasnt such a prat, mainly because he was true to himself. Maybe now he'll realise the silly gangsta image is just childish

The only way to win big brother is to go into the house and either lie about yourself or genuinely be nice.

So yeh, even tho he was getting one over on the housemates, you can't get one over on the rest of us.... BYE:xyxwave:

Who do you enjoy watching then?

aerodynamic_adie 23-07-2004 09:15 PM

i enjoyed watching victor, but when it all comes down to it people like him have got to realise that this sort of behaviour wont be tolerated. I for one wouldn't have taken the "neanderthal" like behaviour he gave shell the other day.

Anybody's capable of doing what he did. He seems to think he's got something special and picking on someone weaker than yourself is just pathetic

I dont have anything against victor, i just dont like the guys behaviour
