that they will lie and cheat ther way to get on bb.given the exstensive briefings about what could happen when they go on bb they still do it.as we all have seen now over the last few series of bb theres nothing you can hide about your past, yet given this they still insist going on it, are they that hungry for fame and attention or just danm rite stupid?

Of course they are hungry for fame and they will do anything to get it. They all look at the successful housemates of the past and hope they can emulate them.

To be honest, any one who goes in is at risk of 'headline'
stories. Someone will crawl out of the woodwork to let us know that they have been in so n so's knickers/boxers, that they took lemsip AND paracetamol or they stripped off all their clothes and jumped in the paddling pool and peed lol. 'They' want their five minutes of fame too.

it's just the money hungry people wanting a hundred quid for a story about when a housemate murdered their mother and never got caught

Oh, you mean they "lie" to their families about what they're going to be doing during the summer? I think this is necessary. You're not supposed to tell anyone that you're entering the house because if it reaches the papers you're not allowed to go on anymore.
