He's the one person who I did not expect to win this.
I don't think he'll use it unless he does a deal with someone.

Since this is obviously a spoiler thread, I'm going to openly discuss:
I'm glad that Jerry used it against Brian and that other guy (still learning names), it was obvious they were playing him.

By the way, Jessie was taken off the block.

The spoiler in the OP is incorrect.

Jessie won the Power of Veto.

He saved himself, and Jerry did nominate Brian to replace him.
