Daniel took himself off to the Diary Room this afternoon to get some things off his chest.

The mediator of the House asked Big Brother if he could get some shut-eye, claiming that he hasn't slept well for a week. "I can hear everything that goes on in the House," explained a down beat Dan.

"My eyes are like piss holes in the snow," he complained.

But the 'father figure' of the House soon revealed that it wasn't just the noise that was keeping him up. "I'm up for eviction on Friday, so I'm thinking about that," he confessed.

Big Brother then asked Dan how he was feeling about the impending evictions and the possibility of leaving the House.

"I feel like I've just got into it really. I'm comfortable with speaking my mind now and being myself," said Dan, his woollen hat positioned just above his tired eyes.

Asked whether he felt it was his time to go, Dan replied "I feel like I've not fully played out my role yet...it's like there's something missing...."

Sight for sore eyes?


He tailed off and looked into space, trying to find what it might be.

"The House just makes me so quiet and relaxed, I mean anymore relaxed and I'd be...well, I'd be Stuart!" he joked.

Dan then delved into a personality analysis. "I'm extremely tolerant, but living in a pressure cooker 24 hours a day would test the patience of a saint," he intoned.

Asked whether some housemates were easier to tolerate than others, Dan then revealed that he has a problem with some of the housemates' lack of eye contact.

And, after a little prompting, he offered his list of the culprits.

"Nadia...Marco....Michelle...still. Michelle had a problem from the start."

"I like to look people in the eye when I'm talking to them," concluded the hairdresser.

What? No, I mean there's a lot of people on the Official BB forum (Channel 4's one) that were very rude when I stuck up for Dan - they were being very nasty about him. This forum, on the other hand, is very nice! :hugesmile:
