Hoovering the house- good or bad??
 

I woke up this morning and my mum was on her way out, but before she left she told me to hoover the house, which of course RUINED my whole day of doing NOTHING!!!!! :mad:

lady next door does my head in with it, everyday she does it for about 4 hours god theres not dirt love you cleaned it yestrday, drives you mad cus she starts at 6 in the morning on a sunday, i do mine once a week but that only upstairs, i brush up everyday downstairs cus i got wood floors

i like to hoover the house.. i have no idea why

I've got wooden floors aswell, so i feel sorry for whoever has to listen to it. LOL

My mum is really paranoid with hoovering URGH she does it like 8 timesw a day and hoovers the living room walls :|

LOL, i doubt she hooves the walls, but it still sounds like my mum.

Does she hoover the ceilings as well to try and get rid of cobwebs, even though theres blatantly none there because shes already hoovered the ceiling about 4 times that day? Mine does that :joker:

I dont mind hovering... it just makes my feet feel better on the carpet, plus when my niece comes around and has a pasty you really dont have a choice but too hoover. And im the only one who is gonna hoover in the house... well out of me and my mum.

It takes 5 minutes, it's not going to hurt anyone. :tongue:

Well it hurt me when my mum asked me to do it, because it ruined my lazy day :bawling:

I love hoovering! Everything seems so clean and fresh after it, gives me a sense of satisfaction so I can sit and relax after it (though I do have a diagnosed form of OCD LOL, so that might explain it... aaanyway!).

At least you have a diagnosed form of OCD, people just think I'm a weirdo because I have to clean so much.

Haha, same here. But somehow my bedroom floor gets dirty again like 4 minutes after doing it. <_<

It's great I hoover my house everyday i too have wooden fllors and carpet on the stairs which pick up every bit of cotton thread.But it makes me feel alot better and makes it feel fresher it doesn't take long about 10 minutes to do the upstairs rooms and downstairs.

So it shouldn't have ruined your day it should only take you 10 mins.

I love hoovering. Especially to "In the Mood" by Glenn Jackson...I think that's his name. It's fun. :laugh2:

I love to hoover, I love to clean full stop, my lot are always complaining that it is like a never ending cycle of cleaning but hey a girl has to have a hobby lol :laugh:

i love hoovering too..i hate it when the carpets all dirty

Mine wouldnt DARE be dirty lol - I go through carpets quite often on the stairs because I hoover so much :shocked:
