**Nominations Pod**
 

Sara was allowed to use her token today and visit the Noms Pod with a housmate of her choice, she chose Rex!? and the two discussed who they had nominated in the past ect. Then Rex sugested that they both nominate Stuart & Dale, Sara said that she had no reason to nominate them apart from the fact they both wanted to go, and Rex assured her that is a good enough reason.

Rex is a hypocrite. He says he is nomming them 2 because they want to go home, when he has been moaning about going home for the last 7 weeks.

Why would he try and change Sara's mind. I really hope Sara noms Rex and Mo.

I hope she follows Rex's advice and gets dull dale out
