Is it bad to swallow your gum?
 

I just accidentally swallowed my gum and now there's a pain in my chest and I'm suddenly getting a headache. Should I be concerned?

Nah don't be concerned. It's only dangerous if you do it often. The pain in your stomach will just be your stomach trying to digest it... nothing to worry about.

I never really had any problems when I swallowed gum, you should be fine.

I always have gum, and swallow it 80% of the time and I am fine....for now...:shocked:

erm ive been swallowing gum most of my life lol im fine.. altough tmi here.. i hardly go toilet.. probably once every 3/4 days.. so maybe the gum does block.. i went throught5 packets of trident yesterday swallowed them all :S.. xx

Off topic for Rizwan: not going to the bathroom can actually give you horrible stomachaches, resulting in the poo hardening inside you or something like that. I know because my friend had it once, we all thought he was seriously hurt! (not saying that it's not serious) Pretty sure they gave him laxatives.

lol i proper have discussion with friends and fam about this.. lol... but anways.. yeah and u knw medicine that makes u go that dont even work.. my dad says i dnt eat that much thats why but i do.. like..
i have cereal in the morn.. a packet of chrisp and a fruit for lunch and then a bowl of dinner or if i dnt like wats cooking i have two pieces of toast and tea.. but normaly a bowl of food like today i had spagetti... and i went two days ago..lol

yeah lol someone i know i wont mention who incase they read it was working in tescos and they were hungry and they took a bar from the store and after eating the full bar read eat one or two at a time.. and they had diahoria for two days lol..
