I feel so bad, I have a cough, a blocked nose, and feel very light headed

and also I have strained upper leg muscle so I cant move an inch without it killing like mad

Paracetemol two every time your allowed i forgot if its 6 hours or watever..
Loads and loads of water..
Plenty or rest boring but it helps..

Secondly.. seriosuly do it..

Think to yourself what can i do to make myself better. like e.g. i had such a bad migrain and i was thinking omg how can i get better and i felt like going for a walk and i needed fresh air as soon as i went for a walk i was good as new..

It really works.. try it you wont be dissapointed! xx
