I was watching The Soup this weekend (pretty sure it comes on E! in the UK as well) and I found this to be the funniest clip of the show.

Turns out Heatworld featured it on their site as well! :laugh:

Why is american tv so not so clear? The picture looks cheap.. Why? Plus is new england the same as england?.. Well middle england.

Well obviously the clip of America Fererra and Blake Lively on Good Day LA was recorded by the Soup staff, aired on the Soup which was recorded and uploaded by someone else.

American Analogue TV is horribly static-y (and broadcasters are stopping from broadcasting in it in Feb. 2009)
American Basic Cable/Satellite TV has a smooth quality.

Really the highest quality is HD which you usually have to subscribe to, and there's tons of channels that are broadcasted on a separate HD station (Disney, TNT, TBS, USA, ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CW, etc.)

The films and dramas like heroes etc are good but its mainly the news that has the poor picture. But thanks for the info.
