How can I get into competitive swimming?
 

I used to swim when I was younger for my local club however gave it up at the age of 14.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to get back into it at the age of 18. I can only seem to find clubs for juniors competitive swimming rather than adults.

i used to swim competitively for essex when i was younger but gave up because of the stress and how much work you put in. i recommend finding a swimming club and seeing their classes, etc, and then continue where you left off. if you're too old, hmm... stumped at that one :S
