“In the penultimate week, Big Brother will be surprising housemates on Wednesday night with a nominations face-off, where housemates will have to nominate for this week’s public vote, in front of each other.
At 9pm, Davina will introduce the highlights show of the last 24hours of house action and will return to host a special second show at 11.05pm. In the later programme, with the clock ticking, each housemate will have to nominate in front of their fellow housemates.
However, in a Big Brother twist the two housemates who will face this Friday’s public eviction will play a game of jeopardy, head to head, for the chance to win a jackpot of £50,000. The winner’s prize of £100,000 remains.”

I wouldn't trust Unreality TV, they are notorious for getting there stories from forums and other sites. Chances are they just heard that, it's just a blog after all!
