Couldnt rachels family spend £100,000 voting for her so she could definitley win?

Ross 02-09-2008 05:35 PM

No, that will be sad.

Big_Brutta 02-09-2008 05:35 PM

No, it would make no sense.

CarpeDiemBaby 02-09-2008 05:36 PM

That's interesting, never thought of that.

Greg.! 02-09-2008 05:36 PM

its just a thought lol

Shep 02-09-2008 05:41 PM

Rex's dad is a millionaire, he could spend enough money to tip the voting.

That's probably what he is doing

If I were Rex's dad I would leave the country and deny any knowledge of him.....

However if it's a case like father like son then yes he has probably spent a million already on votes for him to win....

Couldn't any of their families spend £100,000 voting for them so they definitely win?

Shep 02-09-2008 05:46 PM

Seriously, he could put in at least 8% of Rex's vote alone, if him and Sara are neck and neck he would win over her because of it

That's why I really dislike the multivote idea, i reckon people should only be allowed to vote once like the online polls - at least then they will be a more accurate representation of who is in the lead

jonsep 02-09-2008 05:46 PM

doesnt need daddys votes bb will see to that..

They could but it wouldn't mean much. 100,000 vs 1,000,000

Well ..no. Not unless they all have money trees in their garden. Like Rex's daddy does!

then how would big brother make its money

Shep 02-09-2008 05:54 PM

They would still make money, 3.6 million watch that's 3.6 million votes

3.6 mill x 25p

x 12 evictions + final week

They just would not make as much

Leonine 02-09-2008 05:54 PM

Advertising? Sponsorship? I think the multi vote thing is unfair as it's all too easily skewed by people with money to burn.

gavinh2008 02-09-2008 06:01 PM

I dont think Rachel's family has that much money to spend on voting

NettoSuperstar! 02-09-2008 06:03 PM

That would be both dumb and wrong and why have you posted the same thing loads?

BB has said for the past two years or more. They are not making a profit. The money goes to charity and the phone voting organisation.......CH4 get nout.........So they could have one vote per person assuming technology can assure that......!!!!!!

marctierman 02-09-2008 06:39 PM

then what would be the point in her winning?
she wouldn't have her prize..
