The Mole: Episode 5 [And The Mole\'s fifth victim is..]
 

Hello players and welcome to your 5th challenge. This challenge is called, "Chain of Trust".

The aim of this game is to successfully let all players free by 11PM Thursday. In this game, each player will have a shot at an exemption or losing the challenge for the team.

All 9 of you have 1 point each.

1 - Ross

To break free from the chain, you must have all points (so in the final 8, all 8 points must be on one person). Once you have all points, you are free from the chain.

However, once you're free..you have a shot at either an exemption or letting the challenge continue. If you choose the exemption, the challenge is over and the group have failed. If you choose to pass the exemption, the challenge continues. Once a player is free, all points besides the point the free person had are evenly distributed so that everyone has 1 point.

Get it? So
1. You must convince all of your fellow contestants that you won't take the exemption so they will set you free.
2. You can take the exemption and fail the mission for the group once you are free (BUT ONLY WHEN YOU ARE FIRST FREED, so if you were the 1st freed you can't take the exemption after the 2nd person has been freed)
3. No matter what, even if you're the last person standing, taking the exemption means fail for the group.

well before we begin, lets determine who is desperate for an exemption.

I think someone who hasnt had one should get it and worked well in the challenges.

yeah but then we fail the game, and life isn't fair, they should not get the exemption because they do not have one. They should earn their exemption.

I fell like I have put in my all in in every challenge. So i think i should have one.

i personally do not want one this time, I want to work on the quiz properly. It's getting tighter now, exemptions are becomeing more of a hindrance than a help.

Well where were you when we had that music challenge and only me, Melanie and Sia put songs across? It was an unedited list all day and no one else bothered to post until the list was complete.

I don't really get the challange, and I've read it twice..lol

Markus, i did try for that challange. I mean you RUSHED ahead. I got online and EVERYTHING was already done for me!!! I listened to 'track 2' over 20 times to find it, just like you told me. And somebody else beat me to it!!

Benji, Fair doo's, i would like to have one but not desperate to have one. For the sake of the team passing, i won't have one. Insted of just giving one, i would atleast like to work for one!

I didn't rush, the post was unedited most of the day. Even if you didn't know it, at least a guess would have contributed. If you weren't on, fair enough but it felt like you were putting all credit on you. And hopefully you can see why I would have replied the way I did.

I'm not denying you haven't put in an effort, because you've done well.

Sorry if it feels like i put all the credit on me, because NONE should be on me. You and Mel done AMAZINGLY in that task!! I didn't do anything in that task apart from send in the answer. :).
