can someone make a video avaator

just wondering does anyone know how to do the video aveators? I want one with Britneys Spears Gimme More Uncut Video thanks in advance PM me if you have one thanks

Please don't, they are actually animated GIF files which means they are larger, takes more time o download and are distracting.
