I asked my history teacher today what i got for history GCSE and apparently I was 5 marks off an a*! which is a really high a but not high enough to go up more if it get's remarked :(
i'm so dissapointed now! i wish i hadn't of asked

but yeah, harsh! I was a few marks of an A for Geog....gutted :(
I'll be thinking "where did i lose them marks?!!?!?" till the next exam I do and still miss a grade by 0.000001% haha

History is hard i did it for GCSE so getting an A is great
But yeah i know what you mean having just 5 marks off is just plain annoying

That happened to me in both my Gcse lit and lang english! 5 marks off an A. Got a B for each.

I know what its like. In two science modules last year I got 1 mark of an A. I was pissssed off. Still an A is amazing Sia. :D

I got 7As 4Bs. which was okay without revision ! but it made me feel guilty as i feel i could of done alot better if i'd have tried, y'no? but 2 of the Bs are being remarked/redone, etc.
yeah i know.. it's sooo depressing, people are like "I ONLY GOT 4A*S I CAN'T GO TO OXBRIDGE BLABLABLA"

Lol the only mark I ever got over C was English, and thats only because I resat it

The smartest people in the world never got their GCSE's :)
GCSE grades don't really mean much as long as you pass 5! No one cares about the actual grade and soon as you get into college and get qualifications, when you go to a job interview they wont even care about your GCSE grades.

Well maybe mcdonalds, but they wont care if you got an A* or C
