Help T-Mobile Contract?
 

Hey so i have a contract with them and its the second month and they have over charged me again for the second month, last time they charged me double postage and this time they made and error and overcharged on the monthly allowance, i called last time and this time and they changed it but do you think i should complain or anything?.. they have refunded the money but its not on..

Just call them and let them know that you are not happy with the service that they meant to be providing and that you expected a better customer experience. If they do it again then complain again and keep doing it until they get the jist and stop mistreating you.

Hmm yeah il give them till next month .. lol
