Why is he looking at it like someone wiped snot on his jumper. A bit spikey thing has just gone through his body.. maybe his heart. That would be so painful.

I think it's kinda graphic for it's timeslot but it's not that bad. I thought when Patsy Kensit's character got shot it seemed more graphic.
