Animated Banners [HELP PLEASE]
 

I know how to make banners and I know how to make animations. How to I combine the two ?
BTW I make animations by using a screen recorded then putting it in photoshop with 100 frames ect.

My way takes ages, but what I do is -

1. Make the banner as normal
2. Merge all those layers together
3. Put all the frames on there with it
4. Then I keep copying the banner layer and meging each one with an animation frame
5. Save for web > animate > voila :)

Takes a while, Im sure theres easier ways though x
