Folder won\'t delete? [HELP!]

Hey.
I was just downloading some brushes so I unzipped the folder and copied the brush set into presets/brushes but the folder it came in will not delete. I get this message;

'Cannot delete halawa_swirls: It is being used by another person or programme.'

But it isn't being used!?

:sad: Please Help.

Yeah that works, although I'd like to find a solution that doesn't involve rebooting. :laugh:

I had that before, I just restarted the computer and then tried to delete them and if that didn't work, I just changed the name of the folder by right-clicking on it and renamed it to "faulty folder" and just left it..

I'm no expert really so that was a quick fix solution so I know not to touch them..

Is there any files in the folder? Make sure they are not in use, and makesure you are not sharing!

Its because something is using it this always happens to me.. i.e. the explorer.exe is using it or the photoshop.exe whatever it is, are using it so you can either restart the pc/laptop and then it will delete im 90% sure..
or you can press "ctrl+alt+del" and then go to processes tab and click on photoshop.exe and end it.. and then try and delete it should work.. x
