AS the final 12 X Factor wannabes prepare to battle it out tonight in the first live show, here are judge Dannii Minogue’s verdicts...

RACHEL

She’s my female Robbie Williams. Talented, but unpredictable. I think she will surprise everyone.

DANIEL

He is so focused and has great musical skills. Older fans will fall in love with him. A heart-throb.

RUTH

She is fantastic. She’s passionate about the contest. The whole of Spain is behind her. Very sexy, too.

GIRLBAND

They look good and have good harmonies, but I am not really sure they have that edge to win.

BAD LASHES

These girls have had the backing of all the judges from Day One. They stand out more than Girlband.

JLS

Amazing that we have found a proper male vocal harmony group. Contenders for the final.

DIANA

Great voice, but I worry about her diction sometimes, and how she stands and moves on stage.

LAURA

I love her. I think she could be a dark horse. I really hope nerves don’t get the better of her.

ALEX

The rebound queen. This is her big chance. This is her dream. She has to prove it to us now.

EOGHAN

He is so cute. He could win. Young girls and mums will adore him. The world stops when he sings.

AUSTIN

The best performer out of them all. But let’s hope he doesn’t cry again!

SCOTT

A good all-rounder. And he has the likeability factor. Another strong contender for the final.

I find it really weird that Dannii is probs peoples least fav judge for watever strange reason but then she is the only 1 that promotes the show, I've never read and interview from cheryl, louis, simon commenting on this yrs x factor. Oh yeh apart from Louis slaging off Dannii.
