Yeah, his brother's gonna say its my product but the thing is I wasn't even told when I bought it that I needed a license...

Spike 13-10-2008 07:11 PM

Tricky situation, the best thing would be to own up

Scarlett. 13-10-2008 07:11 PM

You could probably get out of it somehow, as you wasnt informed that you needed a license

pinkmichk 13-10-2008 07:12 PM

Really? Thanks for the advice  I have no clue about any of this stuff.

Callum 13-10-2008 07:14 PM

I think you should just come clean about it, and explain it all to your parents, I'm sure they'll understand in time.

pinkmichk 13-10-2008 07:15 PM

yep as long as you tell them (have your friends address to hand as well cos they will ask for it i think)

Sam! 13-10-2008 07:15 PM

How much is the cost of it?

Lauren 13-10-2008 07:18 PM

Yeah, notify them you're changing the address to the current one (yours... which I assume has a valid TV Licence for it).

How come your friends parents done have a tv licence for their house?! Doesn't he own a tv? Or is he watching it illegally, oooh.

Tom 13-10-2008 07:20 PM

Its because of the TV License and the name its in. It should have been sent in the TV license holders name. I got a letter ages ago because I bought a TV but I give my name and address, not my mums name (the one who has the license) but I phoned them up and it was all sorted.

Thats what I thought! But sometime its being blamed on me...

I think we only put it under his was because he knows someone there and it would have been liable for a discount lmao.

xDramatick 13-10-2008 07:24 PM
