Big Brother bully Alexandra De Gale 'threatened women with a knife in the street'

Former Big Brother contestant Alexandra De Gale has been charged with having an offensive weapon after she allegedly 'waved a knife' at three women.

De Gale was branded the Big Brother Bully after she appeared on the Channel 4 show, eventually leaving in discrace.

The 24-year-old appeared at Croydon Magistrates' Court this morning in connection with an incident on August 23.

The court heard that De Gale is accused of bringing out a large orange handled kitchen knife from her Croydon home after an altercation with three women.

Dressed in a grey jacket and blue jeans, single-mum De Gale spoke to confirm her name, address and date of birth. She denied the charge against her.

The Croydon Advertiser reported that Peter Bonham, prosecuting, said: 'It appears Miss De Gale was involved in an altercation outside her home. She had been someone who had been on a television programme and had been known in regard to that.

'Whatever the nature of the confrontation, and things that were said, it appears she came back into her home and came back carrying a large knife.'

But her solicitor Francis Conteh said: 'It's our position that we called the police in relation to being attacked by the three complainants.'

She will now face trial by jury at Croydon Crown Court at a later date.

It's not surprising that something like this should happen.

She is a volatile woman and given what she is accused of, if proven guilty, just shows what a good move it was to remove her from the house during BB9.

lets just hope she's as "not guilty" this time round as she maintained she was when ejected from the BB house in disgrace.

I sense a very easy decision for the jury.. will there be any tibb betting odds on the outcome of this trial?
