Money help!

Ok so Take That tour tickets are going to be on sale in the next few weeks and I'm going to be needing about 420 euro to buy tickets. But right now I have about 50 euro. So I was just wondering if anyone had ideas on how to make money fast?

I'm useless with money, but I saved a grand for the last tour so I hope I can do it again!

Ross 25-10-2008 11:18 PM

Giiirl, I've seen your body. Use it.

I knew someone would say something like that! I was gonna put 'nothing dirty' but that would have made no difference.

Any genuine advice?

They did Belfast but not Dublin, but they seem to alternate between them so I'm hoping for Dublin.

Babysitting money, didn't spend of my birthday money, didn't really do anything when I went out-like I never ate at the cinema and sometimes just didn't eat. So worth it.

But I still have to listen to them! I do have a huge amount of stuff,I suppose I could use ebay. But I love my stuff!

I just ask my parents for the money and pay them back in installments LOL. Sometimes they forget they paid for my ticket, I don't remind them...

Hugo 25-10-2008 11:24 PM

I did some research and I found these things called 'Jobs'. They give you money to work for them. Sureal I know!!

But seriously its hard to get a job with this whole financial stuff going on lol.

Princess 25-10-2008 11:25 PM

Yeah my parents already said no. They made for my last tour-2 concerts, hotels, flights etc.

edit:I am asking all my friends for early christmas/birthday presents of money though.

I'll mail you £200 :) I dunno how much Euro that is.

But I havn't got any money to put aside, lol! I might just try and be really nice to my parents and see if they give me some money early.

Nicky. 25-10-2008 11:30 PM

Hmm.. maybe if your parents say no to tickets for Christmas.. just say when someone asks what you want for Christmas, say money to put towards the tickets or somthing :/

Xander 25-10-2008 11:30 PM

Well as someone said in this thread, ebay is always good for earning money, don't necessarily sell your TT stuff but other things you got floating around, people are bound to use ebay at the moment for bargains because of the financial crisis.

Also babysitting? its not that much money but its worth the money.

BigSister 25-10-2008 11:30 PM

awwwwwww

But they'll all be gone by Christmas. They'll be gone in a few hours. I really really hope they just give in.

I'd never sell my Take That stuff! I have a signed album and a rare Mark Owen DVD,as well as tour progammes and so forward,it would probably make me the money but I couldn't (don't why I said that cos you said don't-lol) I could sell my stuff,I have so blooming much of it.

I was babysitting last night actually, but I only do it every few weeks, maybe I should start begging them for more jobs....
