Is it just me or has the 'Rate the banner above you' thread dissapeared?

I spent about 10 mins looking for it yesterday I think it was, I ended up doing a search for it :S

Its a bit odd it being moved, but rate the avatar staying where it is especially :S x

if banners arnt graphics i dont know what is. lol

Someone keeps moving threads to places. I've noticed that nearly every thread made in General Chat has been moved to C&G.
