Stop writing for one day solid.

Then try again.

If it keeps happening.

Give it up as a bad job.

I get this writers block. It comes as quite a shock.

Wattta tart.

I did find that my Mystical Realms Season 7 took more out of me than I expected, especially as it is the longest and involved a major sub plot, brought back characters from the side tales and earlier saga's.

It took a while to just formulate the broad plot idea, let alone the detail.

And now I have been trying to work on season ten and concluding a story arc stretching from the end of season eight, through season nine and tales volume three.

The problem here has been something to do with thingy or whatchamacallit

Mindmaps helps me as school-ish as it sounds. Listing all the possibilities and going with the one which is most interesting and you can incorporate many storylines into.

I had a bit of a mind block writing just that! LOL

I used to get it writting lyrics. Usually just when I was tired in general. The only real cure is time. And try drinking lots of coffee. Kicks the brain right into gear.

Have done that ever since season seven sort of. I do notes on stuff in the background and possible plot ideas.

Even so, some of the things that make it to the final script are not on the list and some things I put on the list don't make the final cut.

The problem this time is that one of the characters has not yet told me how he plans to do something. They have been tight lipped and this has lead to discussion elsewhere over one possible plan they might be contemplating.

It is so frustrating.

I just write myself into it. It'll come eventually. Don't be worried about writing **** - that can happen without the block.

Stress in the outside world can sometimes

What was I talking about :conf:

Livia 21-10-2010 09:58 PM

Have a deadline. Nothing focuses the mind like the thought of not getting paid.

Sticks 20-02-2013 06:58 PM

Sometimes...

What was I going to say?
