Dannii to be replaced by young male judge, ie Will Young?
 

Dannii Minogue will be replaced on The X Factor next year by a young male music star, a report has claimed.

According to Heat, the popularity of new judge Cheryl Cole is threatening to nudge out Minogue, who mentored Leon Jackson to victory in the last series.

"Dannii was brought in initially to be the younger counterpart to Sharon [Osbourne], but since Cheryl arrived, she has replaced Dannii in that role and become so much more popular," a source said. "It's doubtful Dannii will be here for the next series."

The insider added that Osbourne will not be back for the sixth run, saying: "Instead the idea at the moment is to bring in a younger, male judge."

OMG! Literally i am mad now lol. I Mean I understand Cheryl is the new one shes the youngest , best looking and obviously she has the popularity. But i don't think theres no need to get rid of Dannii. I like Dannii , atleast shes a good mentor and a truthfull judge. And post weekly blogs. I dont see what others has done. :mad:

Would Will Young did it though? I think he would be good if he did, but I like the line up already.

Dannii's a good mentor but I feel Will Young would be one of the best the show's had, judging from his masterclass. He's extremely talented and successful, and has broke away from the 'reality show winner' stereotype. He produces music he likes and co-writes and I think it'd set a good impression.

Will young would be good. Keep Louis though he's hilarious!

Will showed in the masterclass what a good mentor he could be, especially given each act a CD that he felt would benefit them.

Danni's second best after Simon IMO.
