Throughout her time in the house, Nadia kept secret from her fellow housemates the fact she was born a man. As the result was announced, Nadia screamed "Oh my god" and began to shake.

Runner-up Jason grabbed her in an embrace and told her: "You've won it, you all right man?" Nadia, trembling and bewildered, repeated: "Oh my god".

Seeming stunned and in genuine shock, she left the Big Brother house flanked by fireworks. With the crowd offering rapturous applause she repeatedly mouthed "Thank you, thank you."
