Animations running really fast on Firefox?
I don't know what it is causing it.. but the poor little dog will end up with its legs flying off at the rate its going, and also some avatars are going really fast!
Do I just have to lump it or has this happened to anyone else? Its kind of annoying xD Tyy :D x |
It happens to me ALL the time on FF. I don't know anything to stop it, sorry.
|
Oh right
Thank you anyway (: x |
I always thought it just naturally did it? I'm guessing it's just started happening with you? Weird.
|
I only got FF yesterday.. so its done it the whole time, yah xD
Its mainly the dog emotion and avatars made by Callum (from what I've seen..) :S x |
Just checked the actual GIF animation file and it does contain timing information that should make it run at the same speed on any computer with any browser. Clearly Firefox 3 (both Mac and PC version) is ignoring the timing information and the dog looks like a Westie on heat.
I would suggest submitting a bug report here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ |
lol At the dog. It looks as if it is running at 200mph.
|
LOL Red! I will do ! Thank you ! :D
The dog is pretty funny xD ! |
What dog? lol
|
:dog:
|
Ohh! Are you looking at it in FF?
|
It's because Internet Explorer slows down fast anims. For some reason. Firefox 2 might have been the same but they fixed it for 3. Maybe.
|
It was the same when I had Firefox 2 :dog:
I think its how its supposed to be seen |
I have Firefox for Mac, and it still appears like he's running at 239389 mph.
Also, Callum's avatars are like that too. |
