Standby Su is Mist-ery guest
I’M A Celeb chiefs are set to send another Jungle Jane into camp — former Mis-teeq singer Su-Elise Nash.
The sexy 27-year-old has already arrived Down Under and bosses are planning to make her a surprise intruder this week. She has been lying low in a swish hotel on Australia’s Gold Coast, about 20 miles from the jungle camp. Su-Elise, who is now a solo singer, will be the sixth woman in the camp. She has joined David Van Day, 51, from 80s band Dollar, who is also on stand-by for the show. Jolt An insider said: “It’s no secret that we like to send other celebs in once the show has started. “It gives people a jolt after they think they’ve become comfortable.” Last year bosses sent panto dame Christopher Biggins in as a late entrant — and he went on to be crowned King Of The Jungle. He beat model Janice Dickinson and pop star Jason Brown to become the seventh winner. Funnyman Vic Reeves was the first late entrant to be parachuted into the competition. But he was unable to beat comedian Joe Pasquale to the top spot during the 2004 series. And not all the stand-by stars get to appear on the show. Last year pop duo Right Said Fred travelled the 12,000 miles only to remain holed up in their hotel — and were eventually sent home. They later lashed out at ITV bosses for wasting their time. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...cle1937608.ece |
