VANESSA Feltz has been offered her first series since being axed by the BBC - but only if she agrees to have plastic surgery.
In an extraordinary move bosses at Five have lined up the presenter to host their major new series Cosmetic Surgery...Live.
But part of the deal is that Vanessa, 42, must agree to go under the knife - along with other celebrities.
The show will be screened every night for a fortnight from September 6 and will show cutting-edge techniques being carried out.
They will include face-lifts, genital enhancements, botox injections, boob jobs and tummy-tucks.
Already Big Brother 4 contestant Lisa Jeynes has signed up for breast implants and Brazilian hairdresser Ricardo Ribeiro, from The Salon, is set to get a bum-lift. Glamour model Jo Guest has been lined up to have Botox injections.
A show insider said: "Vanessa is the ideal host but we want her to show she is prepared to do it herself."
