Do you talk like some kind of alien? Like do you talk with a higher pitched voice then you would you someone in your family or your friends?

Sometimes I think my cat understands me, she looks at me like I'm a freak sometimes HAHAHA.

Omg yeh lol! If you talk normally they ignore you! If you talk like a freak they like turn around and meow or w.e

Or 'Caretaker' language, which changes with pets/elderly/young etc.
