The X Factor star looked tired and pale as she left a special recording of the Girls Aloud Christmas show for ITV in London last night.
She was joined by fellow competitior Alexandra Burke for the evening, as the two girls supported their mentor Cheryl Cole.
Diana looked upset by the fuss and shouting fans as she left the event, holding her arms across her chest defensively.
Alexandra instead appeared to welcome the attention, smiling and sticking her tongue out as she joked around.
Diana wore a purple shift dress with a gold lace layer over the top for her night out.
Alexandra sensibly pulled a warm black jacket over her dress to keep warm in the freezing temperatures.
