Controversial X Factor contestant Diana Vickers dropped her halo last night after going partying with show rival Alexandra Burke.
The 17-year-old looked high on publicity as she unravelled in front of the cameras.

She stumbled about looking bedraggled after leaving the London Studios to watch Girls Aloud film a Christmas special.

As Diana slumped in the back of cab and lost a shoe, Burke held her composure, smiling and waving for the cameras as she watched the former barmaid from Blackburn let loose.

The teen's wild ways are sure to anger her staunch legion of fans as her partying comes only weeks after she skipped an eviction round on the show because of illness.

Her night on the tiles also comes less than a week before her semi-final showdown on Saturday's show.

She first attracted criticism after she was caught on camera screaming and partying in the cold outdoors when she was meant to be convalescing after coming down with a sore throat.

Vickers' messy wobble comes as friends spilt the beans on her wild past, claiming she used to go out underage drinking to pick up boys.

I think she has had a massive confidence knock, I feel really sorry for the girl.
