How many cups of tea do you drink on an average day?
 

I've just read an article that said that people who drink 3 cups or more a day have better health, because it's better for you than water, because of all of the antioxidants it contains.
It said that the average person drinks one a day. Which I find ridiculous because I drink so much of it

None LOL.

My kitchen is 4 floors below, it'd be weird going down just to make a cuppa, carry it back up without spilling, drinking, then going 4 floors down to wash it. Meh.

(At home I drink ~1 a day).

I don't drink it all

My mum is addicted to it so whenever she makes one she make me one.

Mmm about 6 or 7 times a day. I get bored at work and I get to forget to work if I made myself a cuppa.

1 in the morning (how someone can function without one in the morning is beyond me), 1 or 2 at some point in the day and one when I'm in bed at night

Over 10. I used to have to buy a new box of 40 bags about every 3 days but now i buy a box of 160, not sure how long it lasts me, i'm running out so i'll write down when i buy the next box :laugh:

For real? Youre an addict then. Not a bad addiction to have. And I put a lot of sugar in mine Lauren.

I take 2-3 sugars. I usually drink tea just before bed so I like it sweet.

if i'm making it at home i have 2, but for some reason in cafes i have to have 3. I'm odd haha

and when I'm hungover the first thing I crave when I wake up is black tea. It sounds rank and is normally, but it really helps hangovers

it really depends some days i have 1 or 2 others getting close to about 10
i couldnt stand it when i pregnant made me feel sick and i really missed it

Yeah, I drink 1/2 a day. I do love it thouguuh. I sometimes have just hot water because my sister is obsessed with it. i might go downstairs and get some now :D

Used to drink it twice a day, don't drink it any more now though.

Weekdays I have one on a morning, one after school.
So 2 a day on weekdays.

At weekends, maybe 3 or 4?
