TV bosses are lining up a celebrity version of stomach-churning diet show You Are What You Eat.
Presenter Dr Gillian McKeith — who analyses people’s diets by sifting through their bowel movements — will try to improve the stars’ eating habits.
And she says the celeb she most wants to get her hands on is Sir Elton John.
Dr Gillian said: “I was looking at Elton’s face and body shape and even got a glimpse of his tongue. I can just tell he needs my help.”
The feisty nutrition expert says she has no idea yet who the celebrities will be.
Channel 4 is also lining up a second series of the show that helps to transform couch potatoes into healthy eaters.
