Funnily enough, I\'m really glad JLS didn\'t win.
 

As alot of you know, I've been a really, really strong JLS fan right from their audition, but tonight, I was really glad they didn't win.

For their version of Hallelujah, I was expecting them all to be singing different parts, but then Aston sang it all... how annoyed was I? Very to be frank.

Had they won, they'd become more Aston and the rest of the group may aswell not exist and that way, I wouldn't buy their stuff honestly. I love Astons voice, but he's not the only one able to sing there.

I'm very annoyed that they finished the show as Aston rather than JLS and honestly, Alexandra was totally deserving out of the final 2 IMO.

I kinda agree they need to all be singing and have own parts but when that other guy does sing, his voice is no where near as good as astons.

Alex has one amazing voice. But I was voting for JLS all the way. It doesn't really matter. Both of them will do as well as each other, I mean look at the dude who won it last year, where the hell is he?

I was expecting them to all sing tonight, especially on Last Christmas.

Yes me too. I prefer it when they sing different parts of songs, they sound better despite how much I like Aston's voice.

Same i was dissapointed that it was just Aston but i loved JB's 'Merry Christmas' bit haha :laugh:

Seriously though, Aston has totally carried that group for the past 3 weeks. They really should change their name to Aston and the Dream Boys.

If alex came 3rd then it would have been jls for me.

I was glad Alex won, just because that song was so much better for her. And JLS's potential album isnt going to have that type of songs I dont think. But I agree, I dont relly like it that much when Aston does almost everything and they just back him up. I guess they are trying to go the Jackson 5 route. But I dont think Aston is that good to be the only lead singer.

I'm glad they didn't win too. I never liked them and they way the sing. Alexandra killed them last night.

Aston should go solo, or they should change it so all of them sing, because to me, all the way through it's just been Aston and the 3 backing singers, with out Aston JLS would of been out weeks ago, IMO.

Alex was miles better then them last night.

I didn't think JLS would win Alex's voice is so much powerfull I hope she does well in the future.

i really wanted them all to sing as that one of the reasons why i liked them some much because of their first audition as all of them sang a verse and it was amazing, if the group wants to have lead singer they should choose somone who has the best voice like oritse, i love them and they are amazing guys but alexandra was my fav from day one as she has been consistent through out the competition, she also has the ability to be a international superstar unlike jls and eoghan, i'm glad she won as she derserved it!

I agree LemonJam,It just wasn`t the right song for them and Im sure they`ll go on to release their own stuff and they`ll be great.

the song suits alex better, i think the boys sang it too soft. anyway geraldine will be the xmas number one lol :cheer2:
