\'Mare

I came home from school today, fell asleep when I got in (about 4.30) and woke up about half an hour ago, meaning I won't sleep properly and will still be tired tomorrow. Booooo.

Lucky you

Z 17-12-2008 12:28 AM

I just ate cold macaroni.

I'm so lucky.

Lol I meant tonight I always count early mornings as yesterday. If you get about 8-10 hours sleep tonight you'll be alright for tomorow AND then tomorow you can sort yourself out properly after that half day.

If it's one thing i'm good at it's getting by with a lack of sleep!

30stone 17-12-2008 12:40 AM

Same chewy lack of sleep doesnt seem to affect me at all last 3 weeks ive had trouble sleeping 4 - 6 hours each night and a few less its not too bad but i get by pretty well..

Z 17-12-2008 12:42 AM

See I'm normally fine with little sleep, normally going to bed at about 1/2am and getting up at 6.30/7am the next day, but I've had too much sleep so now I'm not tired at all, meaning that by the time I do fall asleep I'll be tired again and tomorrow will be hell, despite getting more sleep than I usually do. Meh!

30stone 17-12-2008 12:44 AM

Yeh i done that a couple of times when i was at school it screws up your cycle for a couple of days but at least its somthing different lol

Try watching a film you find boring? you might be able to fall sleep again for a while or so? then it'll lessen the impact in the morning?

I'm the same.

Have been away for the weekend. Slept 2 hours the whole weekend, got back this afternoon and napped a few hours and now I'm not tired.

Rory 17-12-2008 12:48 AM

Ah, I did that..and it's finals week.

My sleep schedule is so off. :(
