Delivery costs.
What is the usual delivery cost on somthing small.
as ive just tried buying my mum a box of choclates from throntons they are only like 9 pound, but the delivery will cost me another £6.95. It says choose delivery method but there is only one thing on there. It doesnt seem right.. |
I got something from Thorntons before it wasnt that much, about £2-3 I think, probably cos its Xmas and theres a postal strike Friday and such like
|
Aw darn.
They shouldnt really say choose your delivery method if there is only one then.. lol. ohh well thats now almost 16 pound for 14 chocolates... |
Normally I pay about £2 - £5 for devliery costs. It shouldn't be more than that depending on whether it's an elephant you're buying or something. Any more and you're being ripped off.

fookin hell, thats over a £1 a chocolate, I hope she likes them!

Though a pound a choclate still annoying me lol. |
but they have some boxes of chocolates on the thorntons website for 11.74 and they have 60 in

Some places charge way over inflated prices, we charge carriage at cost which is pretty cheap as we use fastway as our couriers and they are very competitive.
