There's nothing wrong with them. I've seen worse on here. Some girl used to have an avatar/banner with pictures of herself half nekkid.. I can't remember her name, but she looked about 13.

That's something to complain about in my opinion.

Oh my god I remember her, I'm sure she had a picture of herself as her avatar before and she was fully naked and she scribbled out her bits with a brush on paint.
