I love this period between Xmas and New Year

I just love it.
Full from food just cuddled up on the couch watching the great tv.
Best part of Xmas.

Wildcat! 27-12-2008 05:58 PM

I hate it. I'd be a lot happier if New Year was moved to the 27th December :joker:

I just want it over and done with now tbh, the tree needs to come down its depressing.

It's a bit like 'Come on already' waiting for New Year, but I do the same-watch telly and eat all the food!

Fom 27-12-2008 06:01 PM

I hate it, the busses are up the wall and nothing to do. But I am gonna get drunk tonight :D

Tom 27-12-2008 06:03 PM

I lose track of the days as well, yesterday and today both feel like a Sunday, but thats not until tomorrow

AngRemembered 27-12-2008 06:04 PM

yes, its great and I'm looking forward to New Years eve, of to Birmingham to visit friends and see in 2009 in style, I may even drink a little rum, who knows:rolleyes:

BBkid 27-12-2008 06:34 PM

It's just boring and pointless, Christmas is over but it isn't the New Year - you're just waiting for that and lazing around.:yuk:

Sarah. 27-12-2008 08:30 PM

It's the most boring part of xmas, lol.

Lauren 27-12-2008 08:32 PM

It's usually boring but tomorrow I'm travelling to my bfs and I have a new PS3 and new Wii games to play on!

Jackie 28-12-2008 06:16 PM

You doing GCSE's? I'm sure most schools had their mocks before Christmas which makes more sense because you don't have to revise over the holidays then.

The time between xmas and new year is great, its the perfect excuse to sit on the sofa and watch bad tv while drinking copious amounts of wine :thumbs2:

(which I normally dont do)

The only down side is we are 3 children missing, one with her daddy and the other 2 with their mum so its a little too quiet for my liking.

Sod_James 29-12-2008 10:51 AM

urgh i hate it. its sort of a week where u just dont know whats going on. its sort of like a lost week for me.

Siouxsie 03-01-2009 09:11 PM

every day feels like a sunday yuk

Bells 03-01-2009 09:18 PM

I say I love it, but really it's kind of depressing...

I just sit there doing nothing thinking life is all perfect and eating to my heart's content. And then regret it. It'd be good without the regret.

ThisIsMarie 03-01-2009 09:36 PM

I love it!

More time to use whatever you got at christmas or just to have fun while everyone is making an effort to do stuff togeher.
