John Travolta son dies!

John Travolta's teenage son has died after having a seizure during a family holiday in the Bahamas.

house caretaker found Jett, 16, unconscious in a bathroom on Friday morning. He died later in hospital.

A local police source said Jett apparently hit his head on the bath. He had a history of seizures.

He was the only son of the Hollywood star and Kelly Preston. They also have a daughter, Ella Bleu, aged eight.

Jett's death was completely "out of the blue" said their spokesman, who added it was the "worst day of John's life".
He said: "Just say a prayer for them. That's all you can do at this point."

The cause of death was not known. After a post mortem the body will be buried in Ocala, Florida, sources close to the family said.

Travolta had denied reports Jett was autistic, while his wife said he became very sick when he was two years old.

Preston said Jett was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease, an illness that leads to inflammation of the blood vessels in young children.

Speaking to People Magazine, she had blamed household cleaners and fertilisers for his condition.

She added that a detoxification program based on teachings from the Church of Scientology helped improve his health.

It's always sad to read about young people dying, particularly when that sounds like a freak accident. R.I.P.
